So, I know about the IMDb top 250-list, and I know most other movie rating communities (i.e. Letterboxd) have them, but which is the definitive movie top list?

I'd like suggestions/tips on lists that are not community based, but rather based on "real" ratings (yeah, you know what I mean, don't you),
